Stephan Lipskis focuses his practice primarily on estate planning and administration. He assists clients with creating and implementing customized estate plans, involving trusts, wills and other pertinent documents and procedures, designed to efficiently manage, transfer and protect wealth while also addressing his clients’ family, philanthropic, business and other goals.

He assists clients with creating and implementing customized estate plans, involving trusts, wills and other pertinent documents and procedures, designed to efficiently manage, transfer and protect wealth while also addressing his clients’ family, philanthropic, business and other goals.

Stephan helps guide clients through developing tax-efficient strategies to help ensure that their financial goals are met, including the use of creative charitable giving to protect and transfer wealth efficiently while creating philanthropic legacies. He incorporates his experience with elder law issues, planned philanthropic giving, and administration of trusts and estates in difficult family environments to integrate the human component of estate planning with the tax and legal needs.

Stephan earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served on the Honor Council and as a member of the Journal of Law and Education, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Washington.
