Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Meredith Brebner has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation practice. She represents business, insurance, and health care clients in state and federal litigation, regulatory proceedings and investigations, and administrative matters.
“We’re very excited to add Meredith to our team,” Litigation Practice Chair Turner Broughton said. “She is an experienced litigator who deepens our ability to help our clients across a variety of industries.”
Ms. Brebner counsels businesses and individuals in compliance and litigation-avoidance strategies, prepares clients for the litigation process, and navigates legal issues alongside clients to help find solutions and achieve results. She also assists clients in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting contracts, policies, and agreements.
Ms. Brebner has been selected to the Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars list (2014-2015, 2017-present) and received the Virginia State Bar’s Outstanding Service Award in 2013.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
