ADISA Announces 2019 Board of Directors
The members of ADISA (Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association), the nation’s largest trade association serving the alternative investment and securities industry, have chosen new directors for its 2019 board. ADISA holds democratic elections hosted by a neutral online vendor, and the elections are open to all member categories (with a maximum of three votes per firm).
The eight newly election (or re-elected) board directors are:
Brandon Balkman, Orchard Securities
Brian Buehler, Triton Pacific Securities
Sherri Cooke, AI Insight
John Grady, DLA Piper
Jean Merriman, The Strategic Financial Alliance (SFA)
Joe Michaletz, Discipline Advisors
Vali Nasr, Claraphi Advisory Network
Larry Sullivan, Passco Companies
They join the returning 2018 board members, who were elected last fall to two-year terms, and include:
Greg Mausz, 2019 ADISA President, Preferred Apartment Communities
Keith Lampi, 2018 ADISA President, Inland Private Capital Corporation
Andrew Barnum, Cetera Financial Group
Catherine Bowman, The Bowman Law Firm
Mark Kosanke, Concorde Investment Services
Matt Malone, FS Investments
Ann Moore, International Assets Advisory
Kurt Tesh, Kalos Financial

Darryl Steinhause of DLA Piper also serves as a non-voting, volunteer legal counsel.
ADISA board elections occur in the fall; each new director was elected to a two-year term through 2020.
