RICHMOND, VA – On March 25, 2015, the SEC promulgated its final rules related to the implementation of Title IV of the JOBS Act, better known “Reg. A+”. This represents a watershed event in the securities law, providing a workable means for issuers to engage in public offerings of securities that are EXEMPT from the registration requirements of Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933.
