Kelly is a paralegal with the firm’s corporate section. She handles a wide variety of matters but focuses mainly on both public and private offerings of securities, compliance with SEC rules and regulations, and corporate governance matters. She frequently works on offerings of DSTs and is involved in the drafting of all relevant documents. Kelly has worked with numerous clients to ensure a smooth drafting and revision process and works with outside vendors to coordinate timely and efficient syndications.
Prior to joining KVCF, Kelly worked for the Academic Preservation Trust, an organization whose mission is to preserve the scholarly and cultural record. She worked as a Ruby on Rails website developer as part of a small team programming a digital repository where Universities and other leading organizations could store backup copies of their digital record.
When not at work, Kelly enjoys watching her favorite football team, the Denver Broncos. She also enjoys traveling with her husband, force snuggling her two cats, visiting local breweries and wineries, and spending time with her family including her more than a dozen nieces and nephews.
