Laura joined the KVCF in 2021 bringing 30+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business law.

Prior to joining KVCF, Laura was Manager of Corporate Legal Affairs for a $22 billion publicly traded company for 18 years. As a member of the Corporate Securities Team, Laura assists the Firm’s attorneys in public registrations, Regulations A offerings and private placement of securities.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys reading psychological thrillers, watching football and brunching with friends.
