Mehanna is an Associate with KVCF, where her practice focuses on securities offerings, private equity, and ongoing corporate and securities compliance.

Mehanna graduated from The George Washington Law School in May 2022 and took the Virginia Bar in July 2022 before joining the KVCF team.

Prior to joining the firm, Mehanna worked in Washington, D.C. where she advised a variety of corporate clients on general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, tax, and government contracts compliance. Recently, she was a Summer Associate and Law Clerk at mid-size law firm in Bethesda, Maryland where she supported the business transactional and business litigation teams.

In her free time, Mehanna enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and exploring Virginia’s wineries and breweries.
