Since starting with KVCF in 2012, Shannon assists with all aspects of corporate real estate and securities transactions, specializing in corporate compliance, business formations and Blue Sky filings. Shannon enjoys playing a central part in the organization and tracking of complex projects and helping facilitate smooth closings.

Outside of the office, Shannon uses cooking as a form of creative expression and is an avid food and wine enthusiast. She also loves to run half marathons and white-water canoe throughout Virginia.
