Law Students and our Summer Associate Program
With our highly-selective recruiting process, Williams Mullen attracts talented law students from across the country. Each year, we seek the finest law students to fill several open positions as summer associates.
Our Summer Associate Program offers students the opportunity to experience life much like a first-year associate. Williams Mullen facilitates this experience by having each summer associate rotate through several practice areas throughout the summer. During each rotation, summer associates are assigned to a supervising attorney who coordinates work assignments in the practice area.
