Anthony Bologna assists commercial real estate clients across an array of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, development, tax credit transactions, and land use and zoning matters.

Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Anthony worked for a real estate development firm that develops and acquires market-rate and low-income housing tax credit apartment complexes across the Southeast.

Anthony received his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School, where he was finance chair for the Student Bar Association and president of the Tulane Real Estate Law Society. He also received his Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane Freeman School of Business, where he worked as a teaching assistant for a course titled, “Principles of Real Estate Development.”
