Brent Baxter focuses his practice primarily on creating tax-efficient strategies to help minimize tax liabilities for his client’s estate. He also provides wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, income tax planning for individuals and businesses, probate and trust administration, and fiduciary litigation. Brent counsels a wide variety of clients, including high net worth individuals and families, middle-market business owners, institutional fiduciaries, family offices and charitable entities.

Brent also counsels clients on developing and implementing various documents such as wills, trusts and more to protect and ensure the proper management of their assets. He previously served as an adjunct professor of legal writing at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School.

Brent earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William & Mary.
