She is the chair of the Young Leaders Society for the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg, and she is a member of the board of directors for the Virginia chapter of March of Dimes.

Eileen is listed among the “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers® (2021-present).

Eileen graduated with her J.D. from William and Mary Law School in 2014, where she served as editor-in-chief of the William and Mary Business Law Review and was active in Student Legal Services, the Women’s Law Society and the Business Law Society. She was the recipient of the ABA State and Local Government Law Certificate for Excellence in the courses of Land Use and Local Government Law. She interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. as well as at the City of Richmond Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. She also earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the College of William and Mary in 2011.
