Erick has represented owners of businesses ranging from startups to large companies in an outside general counsel role, guiding them through all legal issues business owners regularly face, including structuring for growth and expansion, raising capital, corporate governance, risk management, and exit planning.

Erick earned his Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from California State University, Stanislaus.
