Gaby served as a judicial extern to the Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr. for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and interned with the Virginia Office of the Attorney General as a 2021 ABA Janet D. Steiger Fellow.

Gaby earned her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she graduated in the top ten percent of her class and served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Dickinson College.
