Grayson Orsini’s practice focuses on a wide array of various real estate projects, from renewable energy and commercial and multifamily real estate. He helps national, regional and local clients in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial property, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments.

Grayson Orsini’s practice focuses on a wide array of various real estate projects, from renewable energy and commercial and multifamily real estate. He helps national, regional and local clients in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial property, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments.

Grayson assists landowners in a variety of commercial leasing contexts, as well as with developers with low income housing tax credits (LIHTC) transactions. Grayson frequently represents clients in a variety of renewable energy matters, including for both project developers and property owners, and has significant representation experience with providing real estate guidance to solar project developers and property owners with respect to solar leasing options.
 
Grayson is listed in Virginia Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" for Real Estate Law (2023), and a “One to Watch” for Real Estate Law by The Best Lawyers In America®. He has served as the Leadership Development Committee Chair for the Downtown Norfolk Counsel’s Downtown 100, and he also serves as president for 757 Proud, a regional pride building initiative. 
 
Before joining Williams Mullen, Grayson was a law clerk for The Honorable Chief Judge Stephen C. St. John United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia. He earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he served on the staff of the University of Richmond Law Review as well as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of State, Office of the Legal Adviser. Grayson graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. in international relations with a minor in economics.
