Bill Kuriger represents businesses and industries in environmental and health and safety matters. He helps clients maintain compliance with constantly evolving environmental laws and regulations.

Bill assists clients in matters across the spectrum of environmental legal issues affecting air, water and land, including regulatory enforcement and compliance at the local, state, and federal level, litigation and dispute resolution before civil and administrative law courts, and environmental due diligence in real estate and business transactions.

Bill’s practice involves advising businesses with challenges involving stormwater and wastewater permitting, wetlands, solid and hazardous waste, Superfund sites and Brownfields redevelopment.

Bill earned his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as the articles editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal, and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
