Will Halliday focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and start-up and entity formations. He has advised a variety of established and start-up companies in the technology, government contracting, real estate, retail and financial services industries.

He has advised a variety of established and start-up companies in the technology, government contracting, real estate, retail and financial services industries.

Will helps companies through critical junctures in their business life cycle - from formation to raising capital to acquiring (or being acquired by) another company. He walks clients through these complex transactions and negotiates and drafts the deal documents in order to best achieve their goals.

Prior to law school, Will was an analyst in Citigroup's Corporate & Investment Bank in New York City. At Citigroup, he helped advise clients on public offerings, acquisitions, and syndicated loan financings. Will received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Virginia.
