Will Homer represents clients in complex commercial litigation and appellate matters. His practice includes various substantive areas, including contract disputes, business torts, class action defense, and construction litigation.
 
Before joining Williams Mullen, Will served as an assistant U.S. attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. There, he managed various aspects of criminal and civil asset forfeiture and related financial investigations and litigation in federal court. He also led prosecutions for federal crimes, primarily involving fraud, money laundering and narcotics trafficking.
 
Prior to becoming an attorney, Will served as an active-duty military officer in the U.S. Air Force.  He deployed multiple times in support of combat operations and was awarded two Air Medals for meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight.
 
Will earned his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, where he served as an executive board member for the Florida State University Moot Court Team and as the executive editor for the Florida State University Law Review. He also earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
