Marc Purintun was part of a four-person panel that discussed basic legal issues faced by nonprofits and introduce new issues and developments in the law in the areas of corporate governance/board management, tax, benefits and HR/labor issues.
The event was presented by the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation and the Collaboratory of Virginia.
