Valerie Long will participate in a panel discussion focused on the City of Charlottesville’s new zoning ordinance. This event will feature a presentation update by the City of Charlottesville’s director of Neighborhood Development Services on the new zoning ordinance including an overview of the approved ordinance, implementation timeline, and a look to the future. The panel discussion following the presentation will be comprised of legal, architectural, and affordable development community professionals.
