A Williams Mullen team, led by Aaron Spencer, served as the legal advisor to Evening Post Group (EPG), in its acquisition of Columbus, OH-based Morgan Wood Products, a family-owned leader in the wood pallet industry that provides a variety of quality wood products throughout the United States and Canada. EPG is a family-owned operating group based in Charleston, S.C.
