Williams Mullen

A Williams Mullen team led by partners Gregory Bishop and Jonathan Bliley represented Virginia Green in its recapitalization from Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm. The transaction will further Virginia Green’s company growth into current and newer territories. 

 

Virginia Green is a lawn care provider that delivers comprehensive commercial and residential lawn care services throughout the state of Virginia.

 

The deal was completed with the help of Jonathan Frank, partner in the Financial Services & Real Estate Section, and tax assistance from Jenny Connors and Conrad Garcia, partners in the Tax Section.
