Williams Mullen represented McNulty & Associates in its sale to Citrin Cooperman. John Paris served as lead partner on the transaction, with assistance from Pat Tomlinson and Megan Italiano. The full team included Craig Mytelka, Matt Anderson, Anna Derewenda, Marc Purintun, David Burton, Lauren Pennington, Mike Kelly and Tony Anikeeff.
